Awesome Pros is a staffing company that works with U.S. and European based clients. We’re currently seeking a professional with outstanding English language skills in the Philippines to commit to a long-term (over one year), full-time opportunity.

About the opportunity:

Client Account Executive:

The Client Account Executive will work directly with CEO and Co-Founder Brian Kearney in all aspects of running Awesome Pros. From serving outside clients on weekly projects to helping the internal sales and marketing of the company...the Client Account Executive will rapidly learn a wide array of universal skills to advance your long-term career goals.

Sample duties

  • Write and research content for clients

  • Work on list creation and marketing emails for Awesome Pros

  • Help identify and invite potential new Client Account Executive candidates

  • Find, vet, invite, and coordinate ideal prospective client relationships and affiliate partnerships

  • Organize production calendar in Google sheets and media assets in Google Drive

  • Graphic Design and Editing for Awesome Pros and Clients

  • Podcast Audio Editing

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Exceptional English writing skills

  • An outstanding academic track record—a bachelors or higher, cum laude, from a top university

  • 1+ years and dozens of articles of experience writing/editing at a top outlet (e.g. ABS-CBN, Philippine Daily Inquirer, The Philippine Star, Manila Bulletin, high-traffic website, or Global 1,000 Corporation.

  • Interest in and ability to learn new industries quickly and efficiently with guidance from CEO and Client

  • The focus, work ethic, and discipline to provide a consistent, full-time (averaging 40 flexible hours per full week) effort amid potential distractions in the home, cafe, etc.

  • The capacity to produce quality output quickly, with a typing speed of 50 WPM or greater

  • Self-starting initiative and creativity to keep moving among minimal guidance

  • Curiosity and ability to teach self software (e.g., Wordpress, Zoom, Email Service Providers, Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRMs, Photoshop, Basecamp, Mixmax, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator) and invent optimal processes

  • A positive, engaging, enthusiastic demeanor

  • A passion for results
